WEEK-DAY RATES (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Single:  $40.00/night
  • Double:  $70.00/night 
  • Triple:  $90.00/night 
  • Quadruple:  $105.00/night 
  • 1-night-only stay: $45
WEEK-END & "HOLIDAY" RATES (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Holiday rates apply to the night before, after, and day of, if the holiday falls during a week-day.
  • Single:  $45.00/night
  • Double:  $80.00/night
  • Triple:  $98.00/night
  • Quadruple:  $120/night
  • 1-night-only: $50
HOURS
Currently we are open 7 days a week, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
SUNDAY'S we are open from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and then closed for the day after 12 p.m.


RESERVATIONS are required.  See "RESERVATIONS" at top menu bar. 

GUEST INFORMATION FORM is required.  See "GUEST INFO FORM" at top menu bar. 

PAYMENT
Due in full at pick-up. Please PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER at drop-off to keep on file for the duration of your pets' stay. The card will not be charged unless we get approval at pick-up. We accept cash, check, Visa, M/C, Discover.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT is  BY APPOINTMENT between 12 & 2
  • Earliest drop-off / pick-up is, 9 a.m.
  • Latest drop-off / pick-up is, 6 p.m.
  • Scheduled pick-up & drop-off times are critical to maintain. We have many other scheduled appointments. Our appointment schedule is to maintain a stable environment for all of our guests.  Please help us achieve this goal by keeping your appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us as far in advance as possible.  A minimum of a 7-day advance notice is preferable, so that we can try to fill your spot. 

HEALTH
All guests must be in good health and not been ill with a communicable condition in the prior 30 days. We may need a veterinarian certification of good health if it is questionable. Must be spayed or neutered. If you have an elderly pet that is in questionable health we may recommend alternate boarding options.  

Δ - HURRICANE / SEVERE WEATHER

During hurricane season we need to take extra precautions to ensure the safety of each pet in our care.  We are located on the edge of Evacuation Zone A & B in Hillsborough County.  Please read and understand completely the following policy regarding this type of event in our area.  If you have any questions please contact us.  


1) Provide us with one (1), preferably two (2), local emergency contact people who can make decisions for you and your pet, and take your pet to a safe location with them.  Please keep your emergency contact updated as to your intentions, and that they are in fact available should we have the need to call them. 
2) The emergency contact must be able to pick up your pet in the event of an impending severe storm or Category 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 Hurricane.  Pick up must take place 36 hours prior to predicted landfall.
3) If a severe storm or hurricane threatens, or is predicted to make landfall, in the Tampa Bay area, "Just Like Home" WILL evacuate all employees and pets at least 36 hours prior to estimated landfall
. 
4) All pets MUST be PICKED-UP by their Owners, or Emergency Contacts, at least 36 hours prior to landfall. 
5) "Just Like Home" will make a decision, based on recommendations of local authorities, and contact all Owners and Emergency Contacts, with status of evacuation from our facility at the earliest sign of danger. 
6) Should the storm track change, and not affect our location (flooding, power, wind, etc.) we may allow boarders to return to the facility; however, it will be after we are notified by local authorities that our area is not in eminent danger.
   
VACCINATIONS

Please provide written proof of current vaccination records at time of check-in.

BEHAVIOR
All dogs must be socialized, non-aggressive, and not food or toy protective. All dogs must not have any history of harming or threatening behavior towards any person or animal. Please remember, your pet will be spending time uncrated and unmuzzled with other pets, and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please take appropriate measures to put your last name and your pets name on all items (leashes, beds, food containers, etc.). We do our best to make sure your pets items are not lost, stolen (by another puppy) or damaged, however, we are not responsible for any items left with your pet.  NO TOYS PLEASE.

*Special Note: We do not crate unless a special need arises, and we must crate for the safety of all guests.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOUR PUPPY
  • Food - Dry dog food, canned dog food, meal treats like pumpkin, cottage cheese, yogurt, ice cream, whatever your baby loves to eat with their meal.
  • Treats & cookies.
  • Medications and/or vitamins.
  • First timers may want to bring a bed or blanket with smells from home.
* NOTE:  Please bag all meals separately with the name of the guest clearly visible. Please write the name of your pet on all canned food and treat boxes/bags.

The following, PROVIDED BY THE OWNER, will be administered (per Owner instructions) at no extra charge:
  • Special meals
  • Medication
  • Treats
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Maximum capacity is 8 guests.
  • Pups have run of the house and can go outside as much or as little as they want.
  • Pups have human companionship 24/7 and can even sleep in bed with the caregiver or on any other bed in the facility.
MEDICAL CARE is provided by Westchase Vet, during normal business hours, and Palm Harbor Emergency veterinary for after hours care. Medical fees will be the responsibility of the Owner for pets involved in any accidents. Travel and time fees may apply.
